Below we have answered our most commonly asked questions. If you can’t find an answer to your query then please contact us.
Can I place an order on the telephone?
Yes – You can place an order by calling 08450 941 848. Please note that you will need your card payment details to hand.
How can I pay for my order?
All orders require payment by credit or debit card. We accept – PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, Switch, Solo, Visa Electron & Maestro.
Do you have a catalogue?
Sorry but right now we don’t produce a catalogue as our stock changes all the time.
Do you have a shop?
At the moment Curvety is purely an online shop but we do have plans to open high street shops in the future. Please sign up to our newsletter to receive news and updates.
Do you sell wholesale?
No Curvety doesn’t sell wholesale to boutiques – sorry.
My size is out of stock – are you getting it back in?
This will depend on the style – many items we are able to special order in your size so either contact us, or use the “email when size back in stock” facility on the item description page.
Can I return my items?
Yes – we make it as easy as possible for you to return items by paying the return postage, and making the process simple and pain free. We encourage customers to order more than one size or style if you are unsure, and return the unsuitable items once you have tried them in the comfort of your own home.
Who will deliver my parcel?
The majority of parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail, with the service requested when going through checkout. On occasion we may use Parcelforce to send parcels but the time taken to reach you will be the same.
Will my parcel require a signature when it is delivered?
Yes – Curvety sends all parcels on a signed for service so a signature will be required. If you are not available to sign for your parcel Royal mail will leave a card which allows you to arrange re delivery or to collect your parcel from the local sorting office.
Can I track my order?
In most cases a tracking number will be added to the order details, which you can view in “My Account”. If you cannot locate this please contact us with your order reference number and we will send through the tracking information for your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You are more than welcome to cancel or amend your order at any point before it is despatched – but please bear in mind that in stock items will be despatched the same day at about 4pm. Once you have received an email saying it has been despatched you cannot cancel but are still more than welcome to return your order for a refund or exchange.
Can I order from overseas?
Curvety accepts orders from anywhere in the world as long as the security measures put in place at checkout are met. The delivery costs to your Country will be calculated and added when going through checkout.
Do I have to pay customs & import charges?
If you are ordering from outside the EU there may be charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting
