Finish the trend-perfect appeal with calf length boots or closed toed shoes. The surplice bodice is trimmed with a set-in 2" high waistband in same material. Set in 3/4 bell shaped sleeves feature a 2" contrast print sleeve panel. The A-line flared skirt hits below the knees and the dress is fully lined. The matching belt has a contrast print and self colors.
